Dr Haley Beer is Assistant Professor of Performance and Responsibility at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. Also, she is the Lead of Social Impact Evaluation of Coventry City of Culture 2021. Previously, Dr Haley was Head of Research and Development at the Centre for Citizenship, Enterprise and Governance.

 

WHAT THIS SESSION COVERS

The aim of this session is to help business professionals understand what are the challenges and trends in developing qualitative methods for measuring social impact; what are the key points that practitioners within businesses should be aware of; and what are examples of initiatives going in the right direction.
