My New Year’s resolution is to inspire the board of our nonprofit by helping them understand and voice the mission, vision, and values of our organization. I will encourage members to experience our programs and services, and provide mentoring and training as needed. I will work to develop a cohesive and collaborative board by setting clear expectations and expressing gratitude for their service. (B.O.Y. – because of you!).
