By using this Site, enrolling as a Team Membership, and/or purchasing training courses or other items through this Site, you are agreeing to these Terms (including automatic renewal of your Team membership), so please review this entire page carefully.

Training Team Membership Term
The initial term of your Team membership shall be Six (6) months from the date you join (or rejoin). On each subsequent date that your membership is renewed the term of your membership shall be extended to Six (6) months from the date of your most recent renewal and credit purchase.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, including through fraudulent or misleading activity. In such case any remaining Membership term shall be forfeited.

Automatic renewal feature – Team Membership
Unless you notify us before your renewal date that you wish to cancel your Team membership, you understand that it will automatically renew on your assigned renewal date. As a Team Member, you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to charge the price of your Team Membership plus any applicable taxes, using the debit/credit card we have on file for you.  If we change the price of  Team Membership during the term of your membership; you will be given an opportunity to renew your membership at your existing price, as long as you maintain a continuous membership.

Cancellation policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you may cancel it within 5 (five) days from your purchase date by calling 1-602-603-9886 and you will receive a full refund. Upon cancellation or termination of your Team Membership, all Team Members accounts will also be cancelled and coursework, certificates, and training in progress will be removed from the system. Individual Team Members may transfer their learning to another Team membership account or establish an individual account if they contact us in advance of your cancellation.  NO REFUNDS will be provided after 5 (five) days from purchase or any renewal.  If cancel after the five days, you’ll have access to your materials until the end of the billing term and you won’t be billed unless you reactivate your Team Membership.

Payment options
We accept payment by credit or debit card (e.g., VISA, Discover, and MasterCard). The credit or debit card you provide will be used for all purchases and charges, including membership renewals. We ask that you keep a valid credit/debit card  up-to-date with accurate member information on file during the term of your membership.

Once you become a member or make individual course purchases, if you wish to change your credit/debit card, please visit your Account Info page on the Academy website. We will continue to apply your payments under this payment method unless you change your payment preference.

If we cannot process a charge to your card (for example, the card has expired or we cannot obtain authorization from your card issuer), we will attempt to charge any other credit/debit card that you have placed on file with us, in order to prevent disruption of your membership. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit/debit card issuer may apply.

If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may cancel your membership until payment is provided.

Online discussions and social media
Any communication or material you post on the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by us for any purpose, including but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting.  The American Nonprofit Academy is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products using such information. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. American Nonprofit Academy reserves the right to remove any content posted at any time at its sole discretion. American Nonprofit Academy will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the American Nonprofit Academy to disclose the identity of anyone posting such information or materials.

You agree that you will use this Site in accordance with all applicable United States federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations, and ordinances and will not take any action that harms or violates the rights of any person or entity.

Changes to Team Membership / Acceptance of terms of service
We’re always looking at ways to improve your Team membership experience. Accordingly, the American Nonprofit Academy’s services, courses, promotions, policies, benefits, charges, programs, and Terms are subject to change at any time.  If you do not wish to be bound to these Terms (or any revisions to these Terms), please do not use this Site or the American Nonprofit Academy’s services and immediately cancel your Team membership if you have one by calling 1-602-603-9886.

Ownership
Everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided for in these terms and conditions or in the text of the Site without the express permission of the American Nonprofit Academy which neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned or affiliated with the American Nonprofit Academy.

Confidentiality
Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Damages and warranties
Your use of and browsing in the Site are at your own risk. Neither the American Nonprofit Academy nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site. Without limitation, everything on the Site is provided to you “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Your linking to any other off-Site pages or other sites is at your own risk and the fact that there is a link to the American Nonprofit Academy site should not be construed as an endorsement of either the linked Site’s content or sponsors.

This website located at www.AmericanNonprofitAcademy.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by American Nonprofit Academy, LLC. This Site, your Team Membership, courses you enroll in and any purchases made through this Site are governed by the Terms described above. You must be at least 18 years old to become a Team member and purchase products from this Site or use the services.
